BusinessConnect 100 Challenge — Complimentary Hotel-Stay Incentive
These Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions (“Voucher Terms”) govern the complimentary hotel-stay travel voucher (the “Voucher” or “incentive”) issued in connection with the BusinessConnect 100 Challenge, operated by Melliam Corporation. The Voucher is a reward incentive. It is fulfilled by an independent travel-fulfillment provider (the “Fulfillment Provider”), and certain rules below are set by that provider. By activating or redeeming the Voucher, you agree to these Voucher Terms. These Voucher Terms form part of the BusinessConnect 100 Challenge Terms of Use.
Read before you activate. Activation is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The Voucher covers the hotel room rate only — not airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, resort fees, or other expenses. Eligibility rules, including residency restrictions, apply. Please review Sections 3, 4, and 7 in particular.
The Voucher entitles a qualifying recipient to request a reservation for resort or hotel accommodation at a participating property in a choice of destinations offered by the Fulfillment Provider. The room rate is provided free of charge, with a retail value of up to US$350 per night depending on destination.
The recipient remains responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to airfare, ground transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, resort fees where applicable, and any personal or miscellaneous expenses. Resort fees are common worldwide and, where they apply, are disclosed when you choose a hotel and travel dates and are paid directly to the property.
The Voucher has no cash value and no cash surrender value. It cannot be combined with any other hotel-stay or promotional vacation offer, and cannot be used together with another same or similar promotional offer. It is void if bartered, sold, or purchased by the recipient, and void where prohibited by law.
There are no timeshare presentations and no other obligations required to use the Voucher. You simply activate it online, then choose a participating property and travel dates from those available.
Rooms available with the Voucher accommodate a maximum of two adults, at least one of whom must be over 21. The incentive is designed for couples or single travelers. Some properties may permit up to two additional children up to age 12 in the same room, depending on room type and bed configuration; adding children may reduce the number of available properties. Bed configuration and room type are subject to availability at check-in unless a paid upgrade was pre-selected.
Important residency restriction. The 5-Night First-Time Visitor Puerto Plata All-Inclusive program is NOT available to residents of Quebec. To be eligible, the traveler must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec.
In addition to the general requirements, to qualify for the Puerto Plata program the traveler must:

Only one Voucher may be activated per household, and only one travel incentive may be redeemed per household, individual, or guest every 12 months. A given travel destination may be redeemed only once per household, individual, or guest in their lifetime. If you receive more than one travel incentive, these limits still apply. The Fulfillment Provider may, at its sole discretion, cancel or refund any activation that attempts to circumvent these rules.
Group travel is not allowed. A “group” means two or more rooms booked by friends, relatives, or acquaintances traveling on the same, similar, or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Participating properties will honour only one package per family, group of friends, or known group on overlapping dates.
Please do not encourage groups to assume they can travel together to the same destination on the same or overlapping dates. Circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary, is a violation of these Voucher Terms and may result in the traveler being charged the full published rack rate per night, forfeiture of amounts already paid, and/or cancellation of the reservation.
Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes are allowed, and cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of fees paid. The accommodation inventory used for these incentives is less flexible than standard retail rate bookings.
The Fulfillment Provider reserves the right to offer alternative hotels of equal or similar value, with the Voucher holder’s approval where required, if needed due to availability or changes to hotel contracts. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Please do not rely on any representation other than what is stated in these Voucher Terms and on the Voucher itself.
Melliam Corporation issues the Voucher as a reward incentive within the BusinessConnect 100 Challenge. Travel fulfillment, reservations, and accommodation are provided by the independent Fulfillment Provider and the participating properties. Melliam Corporation is not a travel agency and does not book travel. Travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Fulfillment Provider and the properties.
